"color loses its shine after a few months"
I got myself a tennis bracelet, but after a couple of months, the color began to fade. Honestly, I could find better quality for the same amount of cash.

Received the incorrect color bracelet initially, and I mentioned I required the correct shade for an event the following day. They really went the extra mile to send the replacement and trusted me to hand over the wrong one to the courier afterward. Super friendly folks, too! The product itself is quite nice as well.
